This feature allows you to send an incoming call to another number when the receiver doesn’t answer after a specified number of rings. Both the numbers for redirection are set explicitly by you.

If the call still isn’t answered even after being redirected to the new number, the caller may leave a voice message in the mailbox of the forwarded number. This feature doesn’t allow the caller to leave a voicemail to the original number they tried to reach.
