Location-Based Routing

Feature overview

Location-based routing changes the parameters that guide inbound calls from different locations to their various routed destinations. It allows you to restrict toll bypass for users based on their geographic location.

When this bypass restriction is applied for a specific location, the system administrator assigns users to a network determined by the IP subnet.

In the event that multiple clients are calling from different sites, location-based routing allows the administrator to enforce each location routing specifications separately.
